    HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

    Prices are shown weekly for simplicity, but billing is monthly. The initial commitment is 12-weeks up front because that allows enough time to:

    • establish consistency
    • layer progression properly

    • create meaningful change that actually holds (i.e. see real results!)

    CAN I CHANGE SUPPORT LEVELS LATER?

    Yes. Some people start with Foundations and later move into Guided or Performance once they want more support. Others start with higher support, then step down once they feel more confident managing the system.

     

    HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED EACH WEEK?

    Most clients train between 4-6 hours per week, depending on:

    • path

    • goals
    • current capacity
