THE PHILOSOPHY

Most people don't fail from lack of effort. They fail because the system doesn't fit real life.

Questline is an online coaching approach built to fit into the life you actually have — not the ideal version of it.

Regardless of the level of direct coaching support you choose, every Questline training plan gives you access to our customised version of the award-winning Everfit app, which provides you with:

  • a world-class training program, specifically aligned to your goals
  • workout and nutrition tracking, performance metrics, and habit coaching
  • direct communication with your Coach
  • access to a members-only forum for community support
  • live weekly Q&A sessions to ensure you stay on track
CLARITY FIRST

Training that fits real life - not an idealised version of it.

✓  Built around
✕  Not built around
✓  Training you can sustain across months and years
✕  Punishment workouts or extreme cardio
✓  Minimum effective dose — the right amount, not the most
✕  Doing as much as possible each session
✓  Nutrition that supports your training and energy
✕  Crash dieting or aggressive cuts
✓  Structure that adapts without losing momentum
✕  Restarting from zero when life gets in the way
✓  Deliberate progression through one consistent system
✕  Chasing novelty or constant program-hopping
✓  Long-term capability that compounds
✕  Short-term fixes that don't hold

One System

Five principles.
Everything else follows from them.

Every Questline training plan — regardless of your goal or support level — is built around the same five principles.

01
Minimum Effective Dose

The right amount of training stimulus — not the maximum. More is not always better. The goal is to do enough to drive adaptation, then let your body catch up.

02
Structured Progression

Training that builds deliberately over time. Each phase lays the groundwork for the next.

03
Recovery as Part of the Plan

Recovery is built into the structure from the start — because adaptation happens between sessions, not during them.

04
Adaptable Structure

Questline is designed to flex with imperfect weeks, travel, stress, and reduced capacity — without losing momentum or direction.

05
Long-term Capability

The end goal is building a body that stays strong, fit, and reliable over years — not just weeks.

TWO Decisions

getting started is simpler than most people expect.

There are only two things you need to decide before your training begins. Everything else — the programming, the structure, the progression — is handled by the system.

1
First Decision
Identify your goals

We start by understanding what you’re actually trying to achieve. From there, your training and nutrition plan is built specifically for you, using the Questline system as the framework -- but tailored to your priorities, capacity, and real life.

The structure provides consistency. Your goals determine how it’s applied. That’s how we avoid generic programs -- and why your plan actually fits.

You're not locked in. As your goals evolve, your plan can too. This is a starting point, not a permanent identity.

2
Second Decision
Choose your support level

Your support level determines how much coaching input you want. Whether you want a clear structure to run independently, or a hands-on coaching relationship -- the system is the same. The guidance changes.

You can move between support levels as your needs change. Start lower than you think. You can always add support later.

Ready to Begin?

You don't need the perfect setup.
You just need the right starting point.

Decide what your current goals look like. Then choose how much support you want. That's it.
